I'm based in Cullman, AL, and I started AIGESE because I kept seeing the same thing everywhere I worked: smart, capable people avoiding AI not because they didn't see the value, but because nobody had taken the time to make it feel approachable. The fear was louder than the opportunity.

I've spent years in technical roles — leading data migrations, building integrations, and translating complex systems into real business outcomes for clients. I've managed teams, delivered under pressure, and learned how to bring people along when the path forward wasn't obvious. What I found is that the hardest part of any technology change was never the technology. It was the people.

That's what drove me to start this. Not just to build AI tools and automations — though we do that too — but to help employees feel like AI is something happening for them, not to them. When people stop fearing the future and start engaging with it, the results compound fast.
